Shipping and Handling:
FYI (For Your Information) We recommend UPS (United Parcel Service). We found UPS to be the most inexpensive yet effective way to ship to all of our customers. UPS is fast and reliable, and all items shipped via UPS are fully insured! This way, if something breaks on its way to you while in transit. You can send it back and we'll replace it FREE!
Methods of Shipping:
Even though here at UncleStevens.com we offer USPS (United States Postal Service) and UPS (United Parcel Service) as our main method available for shipping, you may request another form of shipping via the shipping options button located on the check-out page. Please note that using another form of shipping such as DHL (World Wide Express) or Canada Post will result in different shipping and handling costs. DHL is used solely for deliveries outside of the Continental U.S. , and not meant for use by U.S. customers. And of course, Canada Post (Canada Standard) is used solely for sending purchases to Canada.
Please note: Please allow 7 to 14 Business Days for deliveries via UPS and 3 to 18 days for USPS shipping. Most cases, items show up before the amount of time we ask you to allow.
Shipping Overnight or Next Day Deliveries:
You may have your item(s) shipped overnight via UPS by next morning in the A.M. hours or next day delivery. The costs for this option differ than the typical UPS shipping rate and cost a bit more. If overnight or next day delivery is what you need, we can do this. On the check-out page, chose the options for delivery button and choose your form of delivery from the drop down menu.
Returns:
If you are in need of returning an item that you have purchased here at UncleStevens.com, there are a few things you should routinely know. You may only send back an item if it is broken or disfunctional. And you have 30 Days from the day you receive your item(s) to do so, minus the shipping and handling cost. If you fail to correspond with this clause, we're afraid all sales are final!
At this time, you must contact Uncle Steven's via email at returns@unclestevens.com to make arrangements to have your item sent back to us. When you email us, have your invoice number and all information pertaining to your purchase on hand. Your name, date of purchase, and of course, what item was broke or not working properly and we will return an email to you with complete instructions for returning your item(s). Once we have all of this info, we will give you instructions as to where to send your returning item back to.
